For nearly two decades, Richard Sperbeck has defended insured and self-insured employers against state claims before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Virginia Court of Appeals. Mr. Sperbeck graduated cum laude from Regent University School of Law and is admitted to the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and all Virginia State Courts. He is an active member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
