Richard Stucky, also referred to as 'Stucky' is a Kaufman County injury attorney in Texas. He has acquired extensive trial experience, successfully taking numerous cases to verdict in state, federal, and administrative courts across the State of Texas. He has represented hundreds of adults and children who were suffering from serious injuries due to the negligence of others. He began his legal career in Houston, Texas, representing Texas workers injured on the job and businesses. Prior to establishing his own firm, he was a senior trial lawyer for Jim S. Adler & Associates. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the American Association of Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association (Board of Directors, 2012 to present), and the College of the State Bar of Texas. He attended Abilene Christian University (BBA 1995) and received his Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law in 2002. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, and all State Courts in Texas. He has been practicing law for over 20 years.
