About Rick
Rick Sand is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a licensed attorney in the states of North Dakota, Minnesota, Arizona as well numerous Federal Jurisdictions. During law school Mr. Sand interned for the Alaska Department of Administration’s Office of Public Advocacy. While at the Office of Public Advocacy Mr. Sand advocated for indigent clients accused of criminal offenses within the Municipality of Anchorage. Mr. Sand focusses on representing clients in criminal defense and personal injury matters. In addition, he worked as contract counsel for the North Dakota Commission on Legal Counsel for Indigents. Mr. Sand enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and kids. Rick has litigated numerous cases that have resulted in successful outcomes for his clients at all stages of litigation. Rick’s community involvement has consisted of volunteering at elderly care facilities as well as coaching Special Olympics - most notably as a volunteer during the Special Olympics Winter World Games in Boise, Idaho. In his spare time Rick enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and kids.
