About Ricky
Ricky Edward Bagolie represents clients on a wide range of personal injury litigation matters in the areas of nursing home neglect, workers’ compensation, workplace and railroad injury (FELA), toxic exposures and wrongful death litigation as well as Municipal Court matters involving the trucking industry. Prior to co-founding Bagolie Friedman, LLC, Mr. Bagolie served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Peter F. Boggia, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey and was a partner with the Jersey City law firm, Horn Shechtman, PC, where he founded their Nursing Home Litigation Department. He is active in his home-town community of Clifton, New Jersey where he is president of the Passaic-Clifton Chapter of UNICO National, a trustee of the Passaic County 200 Club and an associate member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 46.
