RJ Molligan is a Personal Injury Trial Lawyer highly skilled in cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic/serious injuries from auto collisions, premises liability, and bicycle accidents. She is a member of ABOTA with 30 years of experience in civil litigation. She is an approved mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Courts and the California Association of Realtors. Ms. Molligan teaches Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) and is on the faculty for the ABOTA Trial School. She graduated from UCLA in 1984 with a BS, and from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, with a J.D. in 1989. She also holds an MA from the University of Santa Monica (2012) and attended the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine School of Law (2001). She was admitted to the California Bar in 1989.
