Robert is a long-standing member of our Law Firm’s Litigation Team who has successfully represented clients with legal issues in numerous legal fields. Licensed in both Michigan and Wisconsin, and admitted to practice in the federal courts for Michigan’s Western District, Wisconsin’s Eastern and Western Districts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, Robert is actively seeking to help potential clients with a large variety of civil and criminal issues. Robert has also handled appeals to Circuit Courts, the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Robert also devotes a large part of his practice to the assistance of disabled clients in obtaining Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits. He also practices criminal defense in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, including Dickinson, Marquette, Delta, Menominee, Iron and surrounding counties. He also practices in Northern Wisconsin, including Florence, Marinette, Forest, Vilas, and Iron counties. Robert has helped hundreds of clients with their criminal defense needs.
