About Robert
Rob focuses his practice on labor and employment, public entity, and commercial law and litigation. In his practice, Rob assists clients in all aspects of the employment relationship, from developing employee handbooks and policies, to assisting in matters involving hiring, firing, wage and hour, and disciplinary matters, to internal investigations regarding complaints of malfeasance. Rob takes the time to learn the particular needs of his clients so that he can develop a process that meets that client’s specific needs and concerns. Should a situation arise where a client is faced with a regulatory agency investigation or lawsuit, Rob has the experience to handle that matter from its inception through its resolution. Rob has litigated in both state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania as well as courts across the United States ranging from small commercial disputes to major “bet the company” litigation. Prior to joining Peacock Keller, Rob worked at both nationwide and smaller boutique law firms. He has represented clients ranging from multi-national corporations to small, privately-owned businesses. Regardless of the size of the client or legal need, Rob works with every client to ensure the best outcome for their unique situation.
