About Robert

Robert Anderson is a criminal law specialist who has been exclusively practicing criminal law since his graduation from Florida State University Law School in 1979. He served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Brevard County State Attorney’s Office from 1979 to 1986, prosecuting a wide range of cases including five First Degree Murder cases in 1985, and held the position of Felony Division Chief. Since joining the firm in 1987, he has defended hundreds of clients in criminal offenses across Brevard, Orange, Volusia, and Indian River Counties in both State and Federal courts. He is actively involved in professional associations, having served on the Brevard County Florida Bar Grievance Committee and as a Master in the Brevard County Chapter of the American Inns of Court. He also contributes to civic affairs as a Board of Directors member and past Chairman of the Brevard Achievement Center, and a Board of Directors member of the Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse.
