About Robert

Robert has been with the firm since November 2008 and practices exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability. He handles consultations and hearings for clients all across the country, with a focus on clients in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Since joining the firm Attorney Tadych has represented claimants before Administrative Law Judges in over 20 different states. He has handled medical conditions of all types including both physical and mental health conditions. Within the firm he assists with our law firm’s attorney referral network, hiring and supervision of other attorneys, and other behind the scenes aspect of the business. When asked his favorite part of the job Attorney Tadych answered: “If I have to pick a few different aspects, I would say number one my favorite part would be the direct client interaction and representing clients at their hearing. It can be a life altering experience while waiting for a hearing and finally when the day comes, clients really do appreciate the help we provide and get a real sense of relief knowing that an experienced lawyer is sitting next to them, fighting on their behalf. Additionally, working at Hoglund has provided me the opportunity to handle and understand medical issues/conditions on a regular basis that other firms might see only once or twice per year.” Prior to joining Hoglund Law Offices Attorney Tadych worked in a variety of other fields including banking, a family-owned restaurant, and retail. In Robert’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, weekend trips and travel, and sports of all types.
