About Robert

Mr. Stein has been practicing since 1997. In his role at The South Florida Injury Law Firm, the litigation lawyer focuses on personal injury protection (PIP) cases, wrongful death, and personal injury. As a family man with two sons, Robert Stein’s goal in personal injury cases is both to help you get the fair and just compensation you deserve and to make South Florida safer by encouraging negligent individuals and organizations to change their ways. Robert Stein graduated from the University of Florida with Honors in 1994 with a BA in Criminology and Law, and continued his studies at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, earning his J.D. with Honors in 1997. Since then, he has been a practicing attorney in the state, marrying his work with his desire to help people by concentrating on cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, and personal injury protection (PIP) litigation. He is thrilled to bring his vast experience in those areas of law to his new role at The South Florida Injury Law Firm. It is Mr. Stein’s belief that no one should have to bear the burden of paying for the mistake of another person or organization, and he works hard for his clients to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve. He also strives to help them hold the responsible parties accountable so they will not be able to harm someone in the same way in the future. A large portion of his desire to help people find justice and make the world a better place rests with his wife and two sons. Like all fathers, he wants the best for his children, and he sees his work as a way to right wrongs and fix problems so the world they grow up in will be a safer and healthier place.
