Robert Lee Hamilton is an attorney practicing DUI, criminal defense, personal injury, and landlord-tenant law in Northern California. He holds a BA in journalism with a minor in business from CSU, Chico, and a JD from Cal Northern School of Law, where he was elected President of the Student Bar Association and passed the California Bar Exam without conventional review. Before his legal career, he spent ten years as a commercial fisherman in Alaska and Washington State, becoming a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marine Officer. He is trained in DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) by NHTSA and IACP.
