Robert M. Steiert, also known as Bob Steiert, began trying cases in 1978 as a student attorney. After graduating from law school, he was employed as a trial attorney by the Public Defender’s Office in Littleton and by Hall & Evans. Bob joined Miller & Steiert in 1986. He earned extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases, including those involving motor vehicle collisions, aviation accidents, products liability, premises liability, medical, and legal malpractice, civil rights, bad faith and defamation. Bob also represented both employers and employees in employment disputes. He has frequently lectured at legal education programs, and has held a number of leadership positions with the Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association. He is retired.
