Bob has 37 years of experience handling Rhode Island and Federal Longshore workers’ compensation claims for individuals who are injured or become ill due to their job. Bob also represents people who suffer personal injuries or catastrophic personal injuries due to another party’s negligence. He also represents people seeking Social Security Disability benefits and advises individuals in the area of Estate Planning. Bob has extensive experience helping people with medical conditions such as serious brain injury, paralysis, chronic regional pain syndrome (CRPS / RSD), lung disease/asbestosis, and permanent back and neck injuries, among many others. In addition to representing injured people under the Rhode Island and Federal Longshore Workers’ Compensation Acts, Bob also practices under the Federal Defense Base Act and the Federal Non-Funded Instrumentalities Act.
