About Robert

Rob Riley is a founding partner of Riley & Jackson, P.C. and chairs the firm’s medical malpractice and personal injury department. He specializes in cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, construction litigation, securities, medical malpractice, and insurance fraud. He has handled thousands of cases over 28 years, collecting tens of millions for clients, and has led multi-million dollar verdicts. Rob is a Super Lawyer for Alabama, named among the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is an AV rated attorney. He managed his father's successful political campaigns for over a decade. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and serving as SGA President. He earned his law degree from Yale Law School and a Master of Law degree from the University of Cambridge (England) on a Rotary scholarship. He previously served as a Professor for the Birmingham School of Law. Rob is active in King’s Home and Dawson Memorial Baptist Church, having chaired the board of King's Home and taught Sunday School at Dawson Baptist Church.
