Robert Smith focuses his practice on helping businesses and individuals navigate complex litigation, arbitration, negotiation, and appeals. He counsels clients on complex transactions and business organization, representing them in breach of contract claims, corporate shareholder disputes, construction and product defect claims, and employment matters. As a member of the firm’s Personal Injury practice group, he also represents clients in cases of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation.
