Robert T. Lynch is a seasoned trial attorney focusing on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle, motorcycle, and trucking accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, negligent security injuries, dog bite incidents, and crime victim representation. He also handles criminal defense, civil rights violations, and will drafting. Robert served as a Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney and later practiced criminal defense. He was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Society, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Society at Widener Law School, where he won multiple awards for trial advocacy. He is actively involved in community service, including supporting the Penn State Dance Marathon and coaching youth basketball.
