About Robert

Robert Reives, II is a criminal defense lawyer and partner at Wilson, Reives & Doran, known for his honesty, community involvement, and success. A former assistant district attorney, he has been serving clients for over a dozen years. He holds a J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law and earned a Pogue Scholarship while studying Business Administration/Finance at UNC-Chapel Hill. He began his legal career as a prosecutor for the Lee County District Attorney’s Office, handling cases from traffic offenses to major felonies. He is a State Representative in the North Carolina House of Representatives and a certified mediator. He is active with the Chamber of Commerce, the Lee County Education Foundation, and the Lee County Bar Association. The North Carolina Bar Association recognizes him as able to represent clients in both federal and state courts.
