Roger C. Decker was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 1978 and has practiced commercial litigation and advised small businesses since 1981. His expertise includes corporate/LLC organizations, construction, business transactions, real estate, contracts, debtor/creditor issues, business torts, and probate avoidance. He served on the BYU Law Review and is a past Director of the East Valley Bar Association and the Arizona Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
