Ron Smith is a seasoned trial attorney with over 30 years of success in personal injury law. He has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his clients by combining strategic legal expertise with relentless advocacy. He is known for his calm and approachable demeanor, yet vigorously advocates for his clients. Raised in Fayetteville, Georgia, he graduated from Fayette County High School in 1987 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Georgia in 1991. He graduated with honors from Atlanta Law School in 1994 and passed the Georgia Bar the same year. He has spent his entire career representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, starting as an associate with Marc Davis, then spending 13 years at a major Atlanta personal injury firm, and later serving as managing attorney for a firm south of Atlanta before founding his own practice. He is married with three daughters and enjoys water and snow skiing and fishing.
