About Rosa

Rosa M. Bugarin is an Associate Attorney at JML Law. Rosa earned her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School. After graduating from law school, Rosa worked at prominent and respected Southern California defense litigation firms and was a Labor Relations and Employment Department Associate for a California public entity. After honing her skills representing insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, and public entities, she joined JML Law to continue to pursue her passion to advocate and fight for justice on behalf of individuals. Rosa brings a unique perspective on advocating for individuals based on her defense background, which gives Rosa a distinct advantage to look at every case from both perspectives, keenly aware of the weaknesses in any corporation, public entity, or insurance company’s case. Rosa also has a scientific background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology, working as a chemist in a global pharmaceutical company, and conducting scientific research for two years as a National Science Foundation (NSF) research fellow developing cost-effective environmental methodology.
