Rowan Keenan, Esq., handles all forms of hearings before local municipal boards, including zoning hearing boards, planning commissions, and boards of supervisors. He is skilled with leases and agreements of sale for both residential and commercial properties. Mr. Keenan has represented clients in applications before the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission for telecommunications and motor carriers. He also is experienced in employment law with workers’ compensation, unemployment compensation, and disability. He has represented both corporations and employees.
