Russell S. Kerr is a managing partner at Kerr & Sheldon, practicing in Southern California since 1979. He specializes in civil litigation, particularly personal injury. He holds degrees from Northeastern University, Pepperdine University, and the University of San Diego Law School. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has authored numerous articles. He is a past Chair of the State Bar of California International Law Section and the Human Rights Committee of the American Bar Association Section of International Law.
