About Ryan

Ryan Simpson primarily practices bankruptcy law, but his expertise extends to other areas as well. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Utah (2002) and a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law (2006). Ryan originally founded the Law Offices of Ryan E. Simpson, P.C. to assist individuals facing debt problems. As an experienced bankruptcy attorney, he is licensed to practice in Utah state and federal courts. He enjoys a high trial success rate and consistently receives positive feedback from his clients. At the end of 2018, Ryan joined Ascent Law LLC. In addition to bankruptcy law, Ryan’s areas of expertise include real estate transactions, construction law, collection law, and estate planning. His extensive courtroom experience and personal familiarity with the expectations of many trial judges set him apart from other bankruptcy attorneys. Helping hundreds of clients each year, he knows what it takes to win a case. Ryan is married and has four wonderful children. His passions include golf, attending University of Utah football games, and spending time with his family.
