S. Scott Sasser

About S.

S. Scott Sasser began his practice at Webster, Henry, Bradwell, Cohan, Speagle & DeShazo, P.C., in September 2012 after working for several years at another civil defense litigation firm. Mr. Sasser represents and defends companies, insurers and individuals in a wide variety of litigation matters, including personal injury claims, insurance coverage, premises liability claims, and workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Sasser received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Alabama, where he was named an “Outstanding Senior in Finance.” He earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Mr. Sasser is admitted to practice before all state courts in Alabama, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He resides in Auburn with his wife, Annon, and children, Bryant and Mollyann.
