About Sam

Sam Goodhope, a partner at Kading, Kunstle & Goodhope Law Firm, brings over 25 years of legal expertise as an experienced trial lawyer practicing primarily in the area of Personal Injury. Sam has tried cases involving personal injuries resulting from car accidents, semi-truck and motorcycle collisions, and has tried cases involving defective construction, wrongful death and bad faith insurance cases. Throughout his law career, Sam has been a member of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association. Sam was selected to sit on the Trial Lawyer Board of Governors and was recently recognized by the American Trial Lawyers Association as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer. Goodhope is licensed in both South Dakota State and Federal Court and has represented clients before the South Dakota Supreme Court and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
