Sam Schad offers more than 30 years of expertise in Social Security Disability advocacy. His career encompasses comprehensive experience across all facets of disability claims management, ranging from routine administrative duties to the preparation of federal court briefs. In 2005, Mr. Schad distinguished himself as part of the inaugural group of non-attorneys to successfully complete the ‘Eligible Direct Pay Non Attorney’ (EDPNA) examination, thereby qualifying as a non-attorney representative authorized to receive direct payment in 6disability cases. The EDPNA program mandates that candidates possess a bachelor’s degree and engage in continuing legal education focused on ethics and developments in disability law. Mr. Schad has also been an active member of the National Association of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) since 1996.
