About Samantha
Samantha K. Sledd is a dedicated client advocate practicing exclusively in personal injury litigation since graduating law school in 2011. She has successfully litigated in Virginia trial courts and obtained multiple successful results from the Supreme Court of Virginia. Samantha handles various personal injury cases, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, falls, and bicycle and pedestrian accidents. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Virginia since 2021 and in Washington DC from 2021-2023, and selected to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list since 2019. She is actively involved in the legal community, serving on the Board of Governors to the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and as a member of the Boyd-Graves Conference.
