Samuel A. Clemens joined the firm in 2013 and has been handling personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, sexual abuse, sexual assault, and general negligence. Mr. Clemens also handles a variety of employment cases including wrongful termination, breach of contract, harassment, discrimination and retaliation cases under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Private Attorney General Act actions for Labor Code violations, and Title VII and Title IX cases.
