Schuyler D. Geller is a partner at Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP, where he chairs the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. With extensive experience in complex commercial, regulatory, and employment litigation, Mr. Geller represents businesses and individuals in high-stakes disputes across state, federal, bankruptcy, and appellate courts, as well as before regulatory bodies such as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). A strategic advocate and pragmatic problem solver, Mr. Geller helps clients navigate legal challenges while minimizing risk and protecting their bottom line. While he has secured multimillion-dollar recoveries for plaintiffs and successfully defended clients from claims exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars, he takes pride in providing practical, business-focused legal solutions that help clients avoid litigation whenever possible. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Geller has significant experience in receiverships in state and federal court, where he helps businesses, creditors, and stakeholders protect and preserve assets in complex financial disputes and distressed business situations. Before joining Burke Costanza & Carberry, Mr. Geller practiced at a boutique litigation firm in Chicago for a decade, handling complex commercial disputes. He is a certified FINRA Arbitrator and holds a Labor Relations Certificate from Cornell University, further strengthening his ability to assist clients with labor and employment challenges. Mr. Geller is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association, serving on the Employment Council for the Employment, Labor & Benefits Section. He is also the exclusive employment law member of IR Global for Indiana. A lifelong Hoosier, Mr. Geller lives in Schererville, Indiana, with his wife and three children. He enjoys traveling with his family and supporting his children’s athletic and educational pursuits.
