Scott A. Fulford has been practicing law in Missouri since 1991. He moved to Washington, Missouri in 2000 and became an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Franklin County. In 2004, he started his own law firm. In 2017, Scott joined Robinson Brinkmann & Fulford as a partner. His practice focuses on criminal defense (felony trial work to traffic tickets), domestic relations, dissolution, modification, paternity, guardianship, adoption, personal injury, and juvenile court cases. He has successfully litigated at the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Eastern District, is a former President and Vice President of the Franklin County Bar Association, and is the Municipal Judge for New Haven, Missouri, and the Municipal Prosecuting Attorney for Owensville, Missouri. He is also a member of the Franklin County Court Alternative Teams.
