Scott A. Parsons is a highly skilled senior partner specializing in high-level plaintiffs' personal injury matters, including significant automobile negligence, construction, and medical malpractice cases. He has been in practice since 1984. Notable settlements include $17.165 million for a dump truck accident, $15 million for infant heart surgery failure, $14.9 million for delayed blood transfusion causing cerebral palsy, $14 million for epidural hematoma, and $6 million for a railroad accident. He also secured a $6 million verdict for an improper pain injection and a $5.15 million verdict for a nosebleed leading to a stroke. He is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
