Scott Robbins has practiced law in Poplar Bluff since 1996, offering practical, honest guidance to individuals, businesses, and rural communities across Southeast Missouri. He focuses his practice on rural utilities, real estate, business and commercial law, workers’ compensation, and probate and estate planning. He is particularly recognized for his work with rural water and sewer districts. Scott has successfully tried numerous civil and administrative bench trials, jury trials, and argued multiple appeals. He is a Life Fellow of The Missouri Bar Foundation, has served on the Missouri Bar Client Security Fund, and was elected to the Missouri Bar Board of Governors in 2017, and in 2025 was elected as Vice President of The Missouri Bar. He also served on the Executive Committee of The Missouri Bar’s Board of Governors in 2019-2020 and again in 2025. Active in the Poplar Bluff community, Scott is a deacon at Westwood Baptist Church and is the chair of the Board of Directors of The Timothy Foundation.
