About Scott

Scott Goldberg has practiced personal injury law his entire career. He graduated from Rutgers University in 1984 and Suffolk University Law School in 1987. In 2018, Attorney Goldberg became the third lawyer in Massachusetts to graduate the Keenan Trial Institute, obtaining a Master’s Certificate. He founded The Law Firm of Scott D. Goldberg, P.C. in 1994. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA) as a voting member of its Board of Governors and Executive Committee, and Chair of Fundraising, having received the President’s Award twice. He also served as a two-term Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s (MBA) Sole Practitioner & Small Firm Section Counsel, Chair of the Law Practice Management Section Counsel, and a voting member of the MBA’s House of Delegates. For eight consecutive years, Avvo has rated Scott as “Superb” with a “10.0” ranking and he has received its Clients’ Choice Award. He has also been named a “Massachusetts Super Lawyer” in Personal Injury Law by Thomson Reuters for the last eight consecutive years.
