Scott G. Hilderman is an attorney with over 23 years of experience, specializing in criminal defense and civil litigation. He graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a B.A. in political science in 1991 and Seattle University with a law degree in 1994. He served in the U.S. Army Intelligence Corps and later the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he was a Magistrate. Hilderman also worked as a prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in Kentucky and Texas, handling a range of criminal cases including international drug conspiracies. He established his own practice, Law Offices of Scott G. Hilderman, P.C., in 2009. He is a certified trial advocate by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Army J.A.G.C. program, and a member of the N.W. Montana Bar Association, Montana Trial Lawyers’ Association, and Montana Criminal Defense Association.
