Scott H. Nettles grew up in Holden, Louisiana. He graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Management, majoring in Finance and Legal Studies in Business. He then attended Tulane Law School, graduating cum laude in 2010 with a Juris Doctor and a certificate in Civil Law.
