Scott Carr specializes in catastrophic personal injury and products liability cases. Before joining Carr & Carr, Scott practiced for more than a decade at two of the biggest international law firms-Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Squire Patton Boggs LLP-where he represented some of the largest insurance companies and product manufacturers in the world in high-stakes, complex litigation. Using the skills developed representing corporate clients, Scott now dedicates his practice to helping real people who have been injured by the wrongful acts of others, whether that be due to an automobile accident, dangerous premises, or defective products. Scott’s litigation philosophy is based on meticulous preparation, creative thinking, and the aggressive pursuit of his client’s interests.
