About Scott

Scott Johnson was born and raised in Stuttgart, Arkansas where after graduation from high school he attended AR Tech University where he graduated with honors. After Tech Scott attended and earned his law degree from the University of AR school of Law in Fayetteville. Upon passing the AR Bar Scott was admitted to practice in the Arkansas courts in 2011 and the Western District of AR in 2016. Scott solely focuses on bankruptcy law. As an experienced Arkansas bankruptcy attorney, he takes great satisfaction in providing clients with peace of mind and giving them the opportunity to make a fresh start. He feels the immediate relief from creditors can help alleviate the hardships most of his bankruptcy clients are facing. Outside of the Office: Scott spends most of his time with his teenage daughter and young son. He is also an avid Razorback and Eagles fan and enjoys listening to his favorite band Marrillion.
