Sean handles other areas and intricacies of civil practice in Wyoming, many of which he experienced during his time clerking in state and federal court. In addition to his courtroom experience, Sean is a published legal writer and focused researcher who searches for the “why” underlying the written law. In one of his law review articles, Sean urged for a shift in Wyoming law concerning a court’s assessment when a custodial parent relocates. In another law review article, Sean advocated for the Wyoming Legislature to better clarify the law concerning Wyoming search warrants for electronically stored information located in other states.
