Sean Ruckenstein has experience in premises liability, premises security, commercial transportation, and products liability, handling high-value matters for a major retailer. He has significant trial experience in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, successfully negotiating settlements and securing findings of no liability. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an assistant prosecutor in Atlantic County, New Jersey, and as a Judicial Fellow in Philadelphia. He graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2015.
