Shane Maier

About Shane

Shane Maier graduated in the top 10% of his law school class and is a member of the prestigious Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, he had over 10 years of experience as a legal assistant and paralegal in litigation and appellate work, including U.S. Supreme Court Cases. After graduation, he worked for the insurance defense firm O'Brien & Padilla, P.C., gaining insight into insurance companies' case evaluation. He then handled personal injury cases for the Law Office of Adam Oakey before co-founding Gauthier & Maier Law Firm. Shane's experience includes obtaining successful trial results for personal injury cases and handling complex cases such as civil rights abuses and insurance bad faith.
