About Shannon

Shannon J. Sagan is an injury attorney and the founder of The Dash Cam Lawyer®. He gained early legal experience working for a prominent law firm representing major theme parks and automobile corporations. After law school, he worked at a personal injury firm, becoming a partner in less than two years. In June 2008, he established his own practice, exclusively representing injured clients across Florida, including business owners, professional athletes, and law enforcement agents. His personal experience with a serious car accident over 27 years ago, which resulted in permanent injuries and navigating the legal system, drives his empathy and dedication to his clients. He is passionate about dash cam technology, believing it crucial for driver safety and accident evidence, and actively promotes its use, even giving away hundreds of dash cams. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, classic cars, travel, kickboxing, and spending time with his family.
