Shannon Whitesell is an attorney at Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. Prior to joining Kuhn Raslavich, Ms. Whitesell worked for an insurance defense firm where she represented insurance carriers in homeowners’ insurance matters involving wind, water, hurricane, mold, and cast-iron drain pipe claims. Ms. Whitesell is committed to helping those in need of professional legal representation and now advocates for homeowners against insurance companies, using the valuable insights she gained when defending the very same types of claims. Ms. Whitesell was born and raised in Florida. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a full-time Paralegal at a national insurance defense law firm where she worked on cases involving property subrogation and construction defect.
