Shawn R. Romano, Esq. is the founding member of Romano & Associates, PLLC. He graduated from Wheeling Jesuit College in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and West Virginia University in 1997 with a Juris Doctor, where he served as the Law Review's Executive Editor for Articles. His practice areas include civil litigation, small business litigation, insurance law, and taxation matters. He represents clients before various West Virginia courts and federal courts. Mr. Romano is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, Kanawha County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and West Virginia Association for Justice. He serves on several committees and boards, including the West Virginia State Bar's Taxation Committee and the West Virginia Association for Justice's Executive Committee and Board of Governors. He is also involved in various community and sports groups.
