About Sheri

Sheri Stewart is a respected litigation attorney with experience representing parties in employment cases and commercial litigation. She represents and advises clients in cases involving alleged racial discrimination, whistleblower violations, FMLA violations, and other claims under the Minnesota Human Rights Act. Her practice includes writing motions for injunctive relief, dismissal, judgment on the pleadings, and summary judgment. She has experience both in the courtroom and arbitrating commercial matters. In addition, Sheri works with clients to develop and implement their estate plans, including wills, powers-of-attorney, living wills/healthcare directives, and testamentary trusts.
