About Sierra

Sierra James is an experienced case manager specializing in personal injury and property damage claims. She joined The Graham Firm as a receptionist in February 2016. She graduated from Southern Crescent Technical College’s legal studies program in 2018, and later, earned her bachelor’s degree from South University. Sierra serves as a case manager, assisting clients with their personal injury claims, including submitting settlement demand packages, coordinating medical referrals, handling documentation, and communicating with medical facilities and insurance adjusters. She ensures clients are updated regularly and provides support in managing the firm's multiple offices. Sierra also obtained a master's cosmetologist license in 2013.
