Prior to going to law school Seton Hall University, Silvia earned a bachelors and masters degrees with honors in the field of psychology. Before law school, Silvia spent several years in management and carries this experience with her into her law practice. In addition to representing victims of employment discrimination, she has used her knowledge of employment law and her background in management to advise employers and businesses on how to create fair, legal, and effective business models as well as policies and procedures. Her focus is always to help businesses address areas of risk while treating their employees and customers fairly and in compliance with the law. Silvia served as in-house counsel for a non-profit organization working to protect children and families for over twelve years. She is a mother to two beautiful children.
