With over 15 years of experience in immigration law, Attorney Lal is knowledgeable in all aspects of business immigration matters such as H-1B, E-1/E-2, L-1A/L-1B, O, and TN visas as well as PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-5 cases. At Gehi & Associates, his practice focuses on the immigration-related needs of its clients. Mr. Lal represents clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), U.S. Department of State (DOS), and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). He renders strategic and tactical counsel to corporate and individual clients to navigate the complex U.S. immigration procedures. Mr. Lal obtained his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York, NY in 2015. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York. He is also admitted before the Federal District Court of New York for the Southern District (SDNY) and the Federal District Court of New York for the Eastern District (EDNY). He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
