About Spencer
Spencer Friedrich, an established trial attorney, represents clients in all stages of both personal injury and criminal defense matters. He graduated cum laude from Washington University School of Law in 2019 and is licensed to practice in both Colorado and California. He has been a passionate advocate for the accused and the injured ever since. As a law student, Mr. Friedrich was an editor on the Washington University Law Review, participated in Moot Court, and was a member of the Criminal Law Society. During that time, he interned for multiple state and federal public defender’s offices, Missouri’s largest private criminal defense firm, and a St. Louis based personal injury firm. Upon graduating, Mr. Friedrich accepted a position as a Deputy State Public Defender for the state of Colorado. While a Deputy State Public Defender, Mr. Friedrich handled thousands of cases and argued over 25 jury trials ranging from DUI to murder cases. Highlights of his time at that position include leading complex litigation advocating for the rights of those deemed legally incompetent and securing an acquittal for a client charged with murder at trial. Prior to law school, Mr. Friedrich worked a snowboard instructor in Steamboat Springs teaching kids and adults the sport. When not working, Mr. Friedrich enjoys traveling, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
