Stanley Wojculewski brings valuable insight from his background as in-house counsel for major insurance companies. His understanding of insurance defense tactics strengthens the firm’s ability to anticipate and counteract claim denials and delays. Stanley has extensive experience in handling automobile accident injury cases. Stanley also has a great deal of experience with physician claims filed under the New Jersey No-Fault and Worker’s Compensation laws, and will ensure that the physicians that treat those injured in automobile or on-the-job accidents receive proper compensation from the insurance companies.
