Mr Tom Ard and Stephanie Ibarra have been tremendous help during this entire process. Had a vehicle accident that resulted in a total loss of our vehicle. From the very first call to the end, we were kept updated every single step and always had calls from Stephanie to see how we were doing. Stephanie was very responsive to all our questions and appointments were always set up for us in a quick manner.
